Dominique Tran provides primarily assurance services (audit and public accounting) and consulting services to private and public companies in the manufacturing, real estate and information technology sectors. He also heads the firm's Information Technology group.

Over the years, Dominique has developed an expertise in advising and supporting European companies seeking to set up in North America. He has also worked on acquisitions by European companies, develop takeover strategies and due diligence plans, as well as put them into place.

In addition to his professional duties, Dominique is frequently a speaker at seminars in Europe, whose theme is "Investing in Canada". In March 2006 he was guest speaker at the European Seminar on Investment, held in Paris. He currently serves on the Board of Directors and is Treasurer of Cercle Esteler, le cercle d'affaires Wallonie - Québec (Wallonia - Québec business network) and for several years was on the Board of Directors of Laval Tennis.
