Marcel Roy is a partner in the Financial & Organizational Services (FOS) team. A seasoned professional, he has over 20 years experience advising companies and financial institutions in Reorganization & Insolvency.

A licensed trustee since 1987, Marcel also advises on restructuring and strategy in the context of proposals and bankruptcies, all the while using his unique understanding of issues relevant to each situation.

Marcel works with companies in various sectors, including manufacturing, retail and high technology.
