Member of the firm's Executive Committee and head of the Taxation team, Patrick Beaudet manages a team of over 20 professionals specializing in Canadian Taxation, International Taxation, Transfer Pricing, U.S. Taxation, International Mobility, Scientific Research and Experimental Development (SR&ED) and Consumer Taxes and Indirect Taxes.

Patrick has over 20 years experience working with private companies, ranging from medium to large-size, primarily in the real estate, services and construction industries. His clients benefit from his tax expertise in the many restructuring, tax planning, estate planning, mergers and acquisitions mandates that he carries out.
