Co-founder of the firm, Paul Beaulne has over 40 years experience working with clients in the public and para-public sectors, services, manufacturing, retail, professional corporations and non-profit organizations.

In addition to overseeing the firm's development, he has participated in diverse mandates over the years for the benefit of its customers. Whether it be consulting on the development and implementation of projects, preparing business plans and strategic planning, business valuations, arbitration in company sales and mergers, forming company management committees, financing, providing accounting expertise for legal actions or financial auditing, Paul has always provided the highest level of service and developed an excellent rapport with his clients.

Beyond his professional activities, Paul is regularly invited as guest speaker by numerous associations and financial institutions. He has covered such topics as government grants, funding, management practices and developing business plans. He is a member of the Chambre de Commerce de l'Est de l'Île de Montréal and the Finno-Canadian Chamber of Commerce. Moreover, he has served as Executive Member and Treasurer of the Réseau Capital du Québec for eight years and lends his experience, always as executive member, to the Ballets Jazz de Montréal.
