With almost 25 years experience in Insolvency, Stéphane Lachance has been responsible for the firm's Recovery & Reorganization group for more than 15 years. Stéphane has gained extensive experience in Recovery and Corporate Restructuring on behalf of secured lenders, borrowers and creditors. A licensed trustee since 1990, Stéphane provides consulting services on recovery and strategies for bankruptcy proposals and bankruptcies by proposing solutions that adequately meet the specific needs of each situation. He works with companies in the manufacturing, retail, high technology and publishing sectors.

Over the years, he has served as President of the Association québécoise des professionnels de la réorganisation et de l'insolvabilité (AQPRI) and as an Executive Member of the Canadian Association of Insolvency and Restructuring Professionals (CAIRP). Stéphane has also given numerous lectures in seminars and conferences on Bankruptcy and Recovery. He has participated in developing the training program for the National Insolvency Qualification Program (NIQP), where he was also a member on its Board of Directors.
