Stephan Morin is a partner in the firm's Financial & Organizational Services (FOS) since 2003. He has over 20 years experience in corporate finance, including nearly 10 years with one financial institution. He advises companies in several industries, including the manufacturing, distribution and energy sectors. Throughout his career he has completed several transactions, including such tasks as debt and equity financing. He is often called on by companies to assist during acquisitions, mergers, takeovers and disinvestments.

Stephan's lengthy experience in financing has meant that his advice is highly sought after by the business community and financial institutions.
