Suzanne Desrosiers is a Partner in the firm's Taxation practice. For the past 20 years, she has provided tax advice to companies, their shareholders and individuals. Thanks to her extensive experience working within both companies and accounting firms, Suzanne has developed, over the years, an expertise in tax planning, estate planning and restructuring of private companies of all sizes - working especially on acquisition, sale, merger or company liquidation mandates.

She is a member of the Chambre de commerce et d'industrie de la Rive-Sud (CCIRS) and is an active member of the organizing committee for Cocktail du président, where she has served as President.
